Call for Programs

The program proposal process is now open. We encourage you to visit the program submission form and consider presenting at the Arizona Student Affairs Conference at the ASU West campus. We are seeking engaging proposals from faculty members, professionals, and graduate students for presentations covering a broad range of topics related to higher education. We hope that this symposium will reflect the talent and energy of those working in higher education in Arizona. If you have questions about proposal submissions or the conference, please email Caitlin Kerrigan at and Roberto Cruze at

AZ NASPA and the Conference Committee would like our programs and our conference experience to focus on the many reasons that we attend the AZ NASPA Drive-In conference. These include our personal and professional development, networking, learning, and connecting with colleagues.

We would like to invite you to prepare and submit a 50 minute workshop proposal, on your own or with a colleague. To help you with workshop ideas, here are a few workshop titles from last year’s conference:

Arizona State University at the West Campus is one of four university campuses that compose Arizona State University (ASU). ASU's campuses are unified as a single institution, and so the West campus shares students, faculty, administration, and accreditation with the other campuses. Located in northwest Phoenix, the West campus is home to students pursuing degrees in business, education, and interdisciplinary arts and science programs. Patterned after the University of Oxford, the campus architecture is designed to create a close-knit learning community. CLICK HERE to view our interactive campus map.
